I draw from a broad range of techniques, primarily focusing on no impact cardio, strength and resistance training, deep stretching with restorative meditation and energy work so that you can experience more vitality to live a healthier fuller life.
Your time with me is just the beginning - I will equip you to lead your own journey to a healthier future even when I am not around. I regularly incorporate the FXP Hula Hoop (of course), but generally avoid the use of equipment so that you have no excuses when you're on the go!
